ELT wiring

A lot of builders put their ELT antenna on the side next to the rear passenger seat. I decided to do the same.

I prepared a 90 degree bracket to mount the antenna on the side wall. It’s basically a few 4.0mm rivet holes to secure itself on the side skin, and a big hole to mount the antenna BNC connector vertically.

Once the bracket is installed, I routed to antenna wire to the ELT unit, and tied it down with a bunch of mounting bases and zip ties.

And just as a random upgrade, I replaced the cabin heater knob with a metal one I bought from Amazon.

The old one was working just fine, but I saw this metal knob on Amazon the other day. It just looks so much cooler :)
