Cowing

I put the cowing 2 pieces pointing upwards, and aligned them to ensure the hole around spinner is connected together nicely. Then drilled holes 5.5mm away from the tip per instruction.

Then I lined up the rest of the cowling edge and drilled holes every 28.5 cm.

Then I took a marker to highlight the areas that needed some sanding before removing the clecos. I used a 60 grits sanding block and a sanding disc on a dremel to give the edges some light sanding.

After a few rounds sanding and checking, the cowing fits together seamlessly.
