Starter cables
I built 2 cables for the engine starter:
- From the starter relay to starter positive terminal
- From starter negative to airframe grounding lug.
The negative is also engine block grounding.
The torque on the starter relay was 4nm, and the torque on starter positive was 3nm.
The engine block negative was 7.7 ft lb.
Fuel Pressure Sensor
I connected the 1/8 NPT to 3/16 barb fitting and turned it 1 1/4 turns with EZ Turn to seal any possible gap on the thread.
Then connected the hose to the fitting, secured with an ear clamp.
Then applied some EZ Turn on the naviflow’s T-fitting, and installed the pressure sender.
